I've switched blogs.

Im not using this blog anymore, but I'll still be leaving this blog here. This blog is really messy and isn't as well planned and neat as I would have liked it to be, but I don't want to shut it down either. I have lots of content that I have always wanted to cover, but I have never felt the motivation to do it here and I dont know why. My newest, and most up to date blog is right here, so I will NO LONGER be posting here anymore.
See you there! :)

Chapter 72: [Review] Springheart eyeshadow - Caramel #02

Today I'll be reviewing Spring heart's eyeshadow in #02 Caramel from Koji. The product is made in Japan so I will be looking forward to it!! Things made in Japan rarely let me down!!!! That's why I LOVE Japanese makeup!

On the package (I tried my best to read, not sure if 100% accurate):
♪ Super colored/pigmented eyeshadow
♪ Gives off a romantic look
♪ 1 day staying power
♪ Softly adheres to lids

Pros about the packaging
♪ Cute and girly! Attracts people like me! LOL
♪ Quite informative if you can read Japanese
♪ Small and compact box.

The color is a nice caramel honey color like so, it has a sparkly luminous effect, that isn't too flashy and looks more like your skin glowing instead! The color payoff is good too! I regret not buying the rest of the colors while I got this!!  Nooooo!!! I didn't think it would be so good! :( The eyeshadow glides on smoothly and is enriched with chamomile and aloe vera extracts. The powder doesn't clump together in little balls/loosen up when you use a brush on the eyeshadow pot.

Let's look at the presentation!
♪ It fits into makeup pouches conveniently due to it's flat and thin case.
♪ A little bit wide due to the clasp and connector...
♪ Simple box with a spring heart logo in the front. It would be better if it were a little fancier IMO.. It all boils down to personal preference.

Packaging: ★★★
Product: ★★
Presentation:  ★★☆

Thanks for reading! :)

Chapter 71: How I did my hair Magenta/Hot pink

Hello~ Im gonna be writing about how I did my latest hair color today!

EDIT: This trick only makes the color last a few washes. If you want to keep it long term, don't save on the product LOL. You're better off spending the money used to buy conditioner to buy another tub ;D afterall we use so much conditioner anyway / _ \ it's not worth it.

My color previously was this ugly faded red color..

Then I went to bleach my hair with 2 boxes of Gatsby's EX-HI Bleach in clear blonde. The product is very little, but since its a guy's product, I can't complain :( It worked very well for me! It doesn't give me that pee-colored ultra brassy looking colored hair when I did my roots. It was a much brighter blonde and a lot less brassy than the Palty bleach I used.

The red/orange parts turned into a light peachy orange color. It was cute and I liked it for a while, but my hair suddenly seemed more and more peachy orange colored overall, like everything started to "blend" 2 weeks later.

Sorry if I look really tired in the picture below, only put on base makeup and pearl eyeshadow below my eyes.

I used half a spoon of La Riche's Cerise and slightly lesser than half a teaspoon of Atlantic blue and watered them down with about 3.5/4 of conditioner in a regular hairdye mixing bowl. I couldn't take a picture because I was using my hands. You should get a nice slightly darker magenta color. It was enough with some leftovers for my hair which reaches to my lower back.

I kept my hair wrapped in a plastic bag and left it in for about an hour.
Wash off ,blow dry and tadaaaa~~ The bottom half of my hair is more of a blood red color with a tinge of pink because my hair was previously dyed many many times in brown and black before I first bleached my hair, so I wasn't able to bleach my hair blonde like my roots obviously, so it just turned brown. Anyway, its still a nice pink imo! And now I suddenly wany my peachy color back ._. Dammittt, what a finicky person.

Chapter 70: Back from the dead!!!!!

Hello! :D As titled, I'm back from the "dead"! I try not to let my blog stay dead, but there's nothing much going on with my life, really. All my friends are busy or either my work gets in the way. I think I'll be changing my blog link. What a finicky blogger.

Anyway, I got my O level results in January this year andddd my results were better than expected, but nothing to be too proud of, its a pretty average score of 17. So, good news, I enrolled in NAFA's fashion design diploma course, took the entrance test and I got accepted! Yay!!! Although I'm feeling kinda doubtful that this is the course I really want to enter though.. I mean, I DO love fashion, I love designing clothes but is this what I really wanna do? Will I succeed? I'm really not sure now and its too late anyway... I shall just do my best! I wish to be an illustrator, but that would mean I have to enroll in Fine Arts. But then, I'm not into the realistic drawing styles. Anyway, here's something that I've been working on! :) A Kill la kill fanart!!

I dyed my hair bright pink/magenta yesterday! Only the top half of my hair is pink, while the bottom half of my hair is a pretty crimson red :D Before I dyed my hair, I bleached my black roots + red hair with Gatsby's EX-HI. You guys might be kinda confused, since I never posted any pictures of my previously red hair, so I shall post it in another blog post which I will write immediately after this and post it another day~ I bought the 2 of La Riche's MOST pigmented dyes and watered them out a lot with a bowl of conditioner, and I used slightly less than 1/4 of a typical La Riche hairdye bottle (Both colors combined) for my entire length of hair which reaches to my lower back because the color still turned out very dark and vibrant. I think I shall keep this color for a while..  I love it so much~~ <3

It's not very obvious in this look, but I used Dollywink 01 Dolly Sweet for my upper lash, and Decorative Lash's play cute #4.
Both bought during my trip to Hokkaido. Never blogged about it, did I? :(
Lenses are Luxury babe 58 Blue.

Dug out my Little Red Riding hood dress set. I love juicy looking and glossy light colored lips, so I used Kiss Me's limited release Kiss Me x Chupa chups strawberry cream lipgloss I got last year over my lip makeup. Smells so goooooddd~~~~~

Hahahaha, I got a cute babypink-rimmed statement glasses. Its so cute~~ <3

I'm sorry because there's nothing much going on, and I can't blog much.. :(

Chapter 69: [Review] Palty Hard bleach: Sparkling blonde

This review is soooooo due. :( Okay, anyways, as titled, I'll be doing a review on Palty's Hard Bleach in Sparkling Blonde today. I bought it at Watsons for S$10.90 each. I inititally wanted to buy Gatsby's EX hi-bleach but the Watsons in both areas I went were out of stock 8(

Im sorry... I accidentally deleted the pictures of the box and its contents while clearing my gallery, but im sure you can find pictures online. The stuff inside would be, bleach powder, coloring agent, a bottle of solution, a comb nozzle, gloves, instructions and a Tsubaki(Camellia) hair treatment packet.

I used 2 boxes for waist length hair. Covering your hair with the solution was easy, due to the comb nozzle, which is good! And the instructions were pretty clear cut, so no confusion there. But the smell of ammonia is very strong, so I recommend you to do it in a very well ventilated place.

Upon using this, I got kind of like a gradient effect due to my newly grown roots and my previously dyed bottom half of hair. Lighter brown on the top, gradating to a darker brown. It didn't turn out like the model on the box, as I have super dark Asian hair (Refer to my older blogposts). Even if it was light, I still doubt it would LOL, I never believed the colors on the boxes anyway. It became a super ugly color, which I didn't like because it reminded me of a golden monkey, but damn, golden monkeys are really cute!! <3 But the color was really accurare, hahaha. The color is so ugly when the hair is wet Dx It was really orange and shiny on the first day, but slowly faded into a better color.

It became this color after a few days, its similar to the color of gingers, but with a more brownish and darker tone, which I like.

Newly dyed hair. Pardon my old shirt :P

This is how it looks like in normal room lighting.

Packaging: 5/5 - Everything compacted in a small cardboard box, so no complaints.
Product: 3.5/5 - So-so. Provided a bright enough base to dye Scarlet red on.
Price: 4.5/5 - One of the cheaper hair bleaches available.
Value: 3/5 - Not a lot of product.
Will I buy this product again? Maybe, if im tight on cash and need a slightly brighter base to dye a different color.

--Mini rant--

My hair is red now though.. Its done at a salon, but I shall not recommend it to you because the dyeing process was horrifying. Because, for those who have dyed their hair before should know that the dye hardens on your hair a little as you leave it on. And since they're drying up, they tend to be in clumps. The fucking hairdresser was tugging at the clumps so hard, pulling my head backwards and combing the hair near my scalp to put on more dye after like, 15 mins? Fuck, it hurt so badly that I thought each entire clump of hair is gonna be ripped out. And I had to endure that for another 15 mins or so. In the end, the color turned out great, but my scalp hurt like mad. Ughh, never going back to that lousy salon.

Chapter 68: Purikura~~

Sorry, there's gonna be a lot of my face in this post.

Yay~~ My O levels finally finally ended on the 11th~ It's relax time now!! I'm kinda a little lazy to find a job as much as I would like to.. I'm actually pretty much an introvert so I don't deal well with customers, really... >_< Have to overcome that!

I self bleached my hair for the very first time last week with Palty's Hard Bleach in Sparkling Blonde.
I'm sorry, I didn't take a photo of the contents, but you can pretty much find it online. I shall do a separate review on that later.

Terribly sorry about the obvious bra straps.. Orz..

I went out with Belinda to go window shopping at Scape on Friday ❤️ We took some neoprint/purikura at Scape, coz we haven't been taking neoprints since foreverrrrrrrrr when the Neoprint place at Bugis closed down. You have no idea how hard it hit the girls u_u everyone was asking if there was other places you could take Neoprints in Singapore, but it was either simply we don't know, or too far and too outdated. Outdated as in, super super dim lights, half spoilt machines and stuff. There was even one with curtain backdrops OMGGG that's like super old LOL. Anywayssss.

I look like I was endorsing a product most of the time.. Erm..

Well I admit that my face is pretty chubby.

Then we went to eat sushi!! >w<
That kinda burnt a large hole in my wallet.. But hey, I had my sea urchin and my ika sushi, I was happy UwU.....

Xoxo.

Chapter 67: [Review] iFairy Cara blue review & a short update

Hello! My Mathematics paper 1 just ended today.. And.. I do not wish to talk about it. May the odds be ever in my favor. Tomorrow is my SS and Mathematics paper 2. Wish me all the luck in the world!! 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀

I want to change my blog URL soon.. :3 I'll do if after my O's have officially ended, which gives me more time for a breather and less important stuff besides my academics. :>

Here's a little makeup thingy I did a few weeks back.

DISCLAIMER: I AM WEARING SHORTS

Both pictures taken in natural light.
The lenses used are iFairy Cara blue. I love love love the absolutely gorgeous design. I've recieved a few compliments while wearing the lenses~ It's a good choice if you want to go for a moe look like most girls want. I don't know if I have reviewed it before, but I shall review it here. (If I have reviewed it, then whatever xD)

I  bought it for S$15 online, I'm pretty sure iFairy is sold at many online contact lens stores. It's a pretty okay deal :)
Soooo.. Packaging's secure, lenses in a vial, as usual.

Price: 5/5
Worn effect: 4/5 it is not too dark, not too bright. Looks really cute.
Comfort: 3.5/5 - Luxury babe lens wins hands down when it comes to comfort.

Remember when Iast reviewed a pair of luxury babe lenses? I decided to take a gamble once again, and bought a few more pairs this time round. And the comfort, design, price and variety was the one that made me love it so much. I now love luxury babe lenses!! <3 I shall so a review on them soon. I have MANY pairs of iFairy and luxury lens that have yet to be reviewed. I'll do it when I remember.. Hopefully.

XOXO.
